Returns

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. If you don't love your purchase, you can request a return within 21 days of purchase, and email me at gennytreacy@vieveny.com.  A shipping label will be provided and deducted from the final return cost.  If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs on your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
